Online orders are generally processed within 48 hours of receipt, although not on weekends or holidays.

Should the ordered item not be available at the moment, or in case of any delay in delivery, we will inform you via e-mail.

All prices at the SOLIDSTATEOFBEING online store are stated in USD unless otherwise stated.  They do not include shipping costs and VAT.  Shipping costs are calculated separately for each sent package.

VAT customs and administration fees are paid by the customer upon receiving the goods.  They differ from country to country and are therefore not included in our prices.

SOLIDSTATEOFBEING online reserves the right to change prices of items advertised on our website, without notice.  We will honor the price of purchase already in the process.

Shipping Rates and Options

We offer as our standard shipping option insured international registered international POS which takes 10-20 working days once processed by customs from Bali, Indonesia unless a faster option is preferred. Should you require courier shipping please contact us. Shipping is available to all countries worldwide. The shipping cost is zone and weight based and is calculated through our local courier. Exact prices for your purchased items will be calculated once your shopping cart is validated.

SOLIDSTATEOFBEING online products are delivered by  International POS service. by EMS Postal Service. If you want to send your parcel by EMS Postal Service, or by DHL (for express deliveries) we recommend you to contact us by email studio@solidstateofbeing.com

Freight costs will be added to the original product prices. Shipping via International POS takes approximately 10-20 workimg days.  Shipping via EMS registered post takes approximately 10 working days and DHL takes 3-5 working days. 

Please be mindful, that the customer is responsible for tracking their own parcel.  Failure to collect your parcel from your local postal outlet will result in your parcel being returned to us, upon which you will be required to cover the cost of re-posting your parcel to you.  All parcels will require a signature on delivery.  When a request is made for a parcel to be delivered and left unattended, you acknowledge that SOLISTATEOFBEING online and their representatives will not be liable in any way for loss or damage of the parcel.  If a parcel is unable to be delivered to you due to an error where you are at fault e.g. incorrect address details provided to us, SOLISTATEOFBEING online will not be liable for re-postage of your order.  If you wish to have your parcel re-delivered you will need to cover the cost of re-delivery to your address.

Duty & Taxes

Please note that when you purchase an item via our website, you will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE fees including any other additional charges in your country. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Please note that we are unable to refund any duties paid on any items returned to us either faulty or unsuitable, as this is a contract between the purchaser and own country Customs & Excise.

Track Your Order

As soon as your order is shipped from our store, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can click on the tracking number in this e-mail to view your shipment progress. You can also easily follow your order on its way to you by entering your tracking number at the courier’s website.
