Please include an image depicting the damage/fault, your name, order number, and contact details. and we will provide a refund or replacement in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Return & Refund Policy
Returning a purchased item
Should you, for any reason, not be satisfied with your purchased item, you can make a return within 7 days of arrival, for a store credit equal to the amount of the original payment of the item (transport cost not included). The goods must be returned in the same condition and quantity as when received, and in the original packing. Clothing must be unused except for trying on for fit, with all tags still attached to it.
On returning an item, the shipment is paid by the customer. Please enclose your receipt with your name, address and account no. MINIMALISTS SPACE online will not compensate for returned packages lost in return shipping. Unless the product is faulty, we do not offer returns on sale items.
MINIMALISTS SPACE online will not be liable for items broken in return transit due to inappropriate packaging on your behalf.
Please be aware we are not doing return and refund if you purchased items on sales or promotional campaign.
Unfortunately, you can not return products that been made to order, i.e made especially for you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Receiving a Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days, but no later than 30 days after we have received and accepted the return.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Our products have undergone a handcrafted design process using natural materials. (Please take this into consideration when remarking imperfections, they are considered as features and not defects by the designer.)
SOLIDSTATEOFBEING online reserves the right to request photographic support regarding any defects or incorrect merchandise before authorizing for reimbursement of any item purchased.
Cancellations and changes to orders can only be made prior to payment being made. We do not issue refunds. Cancellations are not accepted for orders that have been dispatched.
Promotions and Discounts
Promotions and Discount Codes are issued at the discretion of MINIMALISTS SPACE. We reserve the right to cancel an order which we believe has unauthorized use of a discount code. Promotional offers and Discount Codes can able be used once per transaction unless otherwise specified. Promotions and Discount Codes will not be extended beyond the specified end date.
Items discounted more than 10% cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
